A: Yes. Leveraging our full anechoic chamber, COMSOL multiphysics modeling, and Listen SoundCheck / LMS test systems, our engineering team can tune crossover network components, voice coil windings, and diaphragm damping to hit your precise target curve.
Q: What mechanical and visual customization options are available?
A: We offer complete mechanical tailoring, including ultra-thin frameless magnetic grilles (round/square paintable), pivoting silk/titanium tweeters, carbon-fiber/Kevlar woofer cones, dog-ear quick-mount locking tabs, and fire-resistant metal back-cans.
Q: Do you support 70V / 100V multi-tap transformer integration for commercial projects?
A: Yes. We can integrate multi-tap commercial line-matching transformers (e.g., 2.5W, 5W, 10W, 20W, 40W @ 70V/100V) with rotary tap-selectors and 8-ohm bypass switches for background music (BGM) and PA installations.
IP Protection, Tooling & Sampling
Q: How do you protect our intellectual property (IP) and proprietary tooling?
A: We execute legally binding bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). All custom injection molds, 3D CAD models, and acoustic crossover schematics developed under your account remain your exclusive property and will never be shared with or sold to third parties.
Q: What is the typical lead time from concept to golden sample?
A:Phase 1 (FEA & 3D Prototyping): 10–15 business days for COMSOL magnetic simulation and functional 3D SLA/CNC acoustic prototypes.
Phase 2 (Steel Mold Tooling): 25–35 calendar days for precision injection mold fabrication.
Phase 3 (Pilot Run / Golden Sample Sign-Off): 7–10 days for anechoic chamber validation and sign-off.
Q: Can we order evaluation samples before placing a container order?
A: Absolutely. We encourage sample testing. Standard catalog evaluation samples can be dispatched via DHL/FedEx within 3–5 business days. Sample costs can be credited back toward your first official mass-production PO.
Quality Control, Testing & Compliance
Q: What testing standards are enforced on the production line?
A: Every production batch undergoes 100% online SoundCheck automated sweep testing (impedance, polarity, sensitivity, THD, and Rub & Buzz screening). Furthermore, we conduct continuous 100-hour pink noise power burn-in tests, ASTM B117 salt-spray corrosion tests, and thermal shock cycling (-20°C to +70°C).
Q: Are your loudspeakers certified for international commercial installation?
A: Our facilities operate under ISO 9001:2015 quality management. Our products comply with CE (LVD/EMC), RoHS 2.0 (EU 2015/863), REACH, and FCC Part 15B. We also provide UL94V-0 fire-rated ABS enclosures and Plenum-rated metal back-boxes for commercial building codes.
Production Capacity, Payment & Logistics
Q: What is the lead time for mass production orders?
A: Standard mass production lead time is 30 to 35 business days after golden sample confirmation and deposit receipt. Repeat orders can often be fulfilled in 25–30 days.
Q: What are your accepted payment terms and trade terms?
A: We support standard international trade terms including FOB (Shenzhen / Hong Kong), CIF, and EXW. Standard payment terms are T/T (30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment against B/L or inspection sign-off). Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted for large volume orders.
Q: Do you support drop-testing and custom master carton packaging for e-commerce brands?
A: Yes. We design drop-test certified (ISTA 1A/3A compliant) packaging with high-density molded EPE foam inserts, moisture-barrier polybags, and reinforced 5-ply kraft outer master cartons.
